Are We Making Progress? Is This the Way Forward?
One of my granddaughters visited us at the weekend,
she is at university in the Manchester area and was telling us unbelievable
stories of deprivation. She was telling us about a happening at a doctor's
surgery. The local people hold the doctors in high esteem, but one of the
doctors had inadvertently left he handbag on the seat when she parked on the
roadside. Later she found her car window had been smashed and the handbag
stolen. However later when she returned to the car the handbag had been
returned with a not saying sorry they had not known it belonged to a doctor,
all the contents were intact. They are not bad people, just desperate!
Have we moved that far from the days of "Les
Miserables"?
I'm sure all major cities have slum areas and street
dwellers. My daughter living in London is involved in modular housing, and has
been trying to get this off the ground for years to relieve the housing crisis.
Comfortable, compact, affordable eco-friendly living which can be erected fast.
Despite the governments saying how much they need to build houses fast little
is being done. She is having an uphill battle to progress with her solution.
Perhaps it is up to everyone to take control of their
lives, or fight for their causes, improving things as they can. We are a
generous nation setting up food banks and helping charities, war victims etc.
however benefits are being cut and more and more homeless people are slipping
through the net and ending up on the streets. They say the majority of families
are only a few pay days away from losing their homes and ending up homeless if
they lose their jobs. Even though statistics show more people are at work, and
there is less unemployment, many are working several part-time jobs to make
ends meet.

Have you ever asked yourself why is it that some
people seem to have massive success with Internet marketing whilst others
don't.
Have you ever tried to make money online and failed?
Don't worry it's not your fault. Most people are using completely the wrong
